Technologies and Innovations Corporation "Saedinenie" PLC (TIC „Saedinenie") is a public limited company, registered under Bulgarian legislation. The shares of the company are traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – segment A. The company's activity is performed in accordance with the Commerce Act and all other legislative and sub legislative acts related to the registration, regulation and activities of public limited companies. The Corporation holds directly or indirectly more than 25% of the share capital of 24 companies.

The company holds major stakes of shares in 3 public subsidiaries: „Optela – Laser Technologies" PLC – Plovdiv, „Orpheus Wellness Club" PLC and „Atlas Finance" PLC, which shares are traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The headquarter of the holding is located in the city of Sofia, 29 "Klokotnitca" Str., fl.7 and the office for correspondence is located in the city of Plovdiv, 27A "Hristo Botev" Str.
